My Labrador - unusually not in the water! - This photo was taken at Yvoire in the Rhone Alps region of France, near the Swiss border, on a very cold day! Louis would normally be in the water, but alas, he is now 8 years old and suffers with arthritis - such cold water is not a good idea any more. He was most vexed when he couldn't play with the Swans later on the walk! Louis was rescued from Labrador Rescue South East, a wonderful organisation in the UK - we always rescue our dogs from them - and has been a great pleasure and a wonderful companion to have - grateful thanks to you all at Labrador Rescue - keep up the good work.
