This terrific picture shows how absolutely that language is NOT necessary for becoming friends or even for having fun....the Filipino kids in this picture had been in our country for less than a week when we all got together to see the family....and the kids had a ball!
Only the oldest boy Mark was able to understand english but that didn't matter at all...
This was taken many years ago....we're all friends still.....the kids in this picture are all grown...and still the best buddy's around! | |
