Sushi - chawanmushi, ebiko (fish roe) , chuka chinmi Obviously shushi is a Japanese food. I love Japanese food. I ate it at the the Shushi King's restaurant. Chawanmushi is an egg custard that use the seeds of ginkgo. It is usually eaten as an appetizer. Ebiko is fish roe and chuka chinmi is scallops.
