sushi - Una don set... Unagi is a Japanese name for fresh water ell. So, unagi don is a kind of Japanese food, which is a grilled ell with a sweet sauce. There are 2 styles of grilled ell, one is kanto region style and another one is kansai region.Kanto region in which the ell will roasted 1st, smothered and finally grilled it with sauce. Where kansai region, which is grilled with sauce only. Unagi is my favorite food, I always ate it at the Sushi King's restaurant or Zan Mai restaurant that available in my country.
