Building built like a castle - Here is a building that if my story is correct, one of the first mayors of the city of Odessa had this built for his mother in law. His wife had wanted her mother to stay near by and so he built this building to her likings. There is a bridge that he had build later to be able to get from his place to her house afterwards that is still there. There is a tradition that when you get married you place a lock on this 'MOther-in-Law' bridge to show your love and devotion to your wife and her mother.
