Ad assault - I don't spend much time in front of the 'box' as I am more of a 'mouse potato'. When I do watch the box, like you, I am off doing something else when the annoying advert comes on. There is also Netflix which is helpful in advertising avoidance. * People who sell junk on TV are fighting back from advertiser shy TV watchers though. Silent ads are turning up underneath the television programs themselves which ticks me off. DVD's are also sporting ads, which is really tacky. Fighting back is not legal, but it is being done by an annoyed public who hate having their eyeballs assaulted.
