motiviation - I have been in a few short term job, yet continued to get more money and seemingly a better job. But, I usually burned the bridges while leaving - not intentionally..but seems like they weren’t happy I left. Long and short of it - getting up and leaving my job when first sign of trouble begins (which is usually conjured up in my own head)
