cloud 9, siargao - photo taken last april 2010. Cloud 9 is situated in Gen. Luna, located in Siargao Islands, & is the surfing capital of the Philippines. I just love this place & I miss it, cant wait to be back and feel the white sandy shores of Siargao! weeeh!
