Halloween - If you've got a little time on your hands, there's no reason you have to settle for that plastic shell around your computer components. Case in point: this Halloween project at the University of Arkansas computer store. Here, holes have been drilled for the mouth and eyes, which are being fitted with Webcams and a speaker--the latter shrink-wrapped to keep it dry.
