Sad Eyes - This is another one of my rescues. Sad Eyes was 5 weeks old when I rescued him with his siblings after fidig their mom dead of Cardiomyopathy in front of the barn on September 4, 2005. This photo was taken before he became quite ill one weekend and spent several days in the hospital. Bloodwork showed he tested positive for FIV and the illness was due to this. He has fully recovered and is in wonderful health.
