Christmas 1962 - A wonderful time! My dad had just come home from the hospital after open-heart surgery, and this is a picture of The Three Bears just glad to be together celebrating. I had just turned ten, and I not only had no idea that my dad had almost died during his hospital but, also, that, a two months earlier, World War III (as in widespread nuclear destruction) had come so close to happening. I'm glad that my job was to be a child at that time.
