Heart of Kane - 5.5 hours. The clients name is Kane, so I suggested to 'dress-up' his sacred heart design that we 'peirce the heart, with the 'cane' of a wise man. There is also a hidden skull image in the flames at the top of the heart. Razor wire instead of the traditional wrapped vines/thorns wrapping around it...and we have one cool tattoo!
