My most recent tattoo - I had this tattoo done on a whim.. I started reading a vampire romance series which I became obsessed with. One morning I woke up and decided that I needed a tatto that would be within my interest and add a little darker vampire-ish look to it.. The giesha I picked for its beauty, and its meaning of lifes struggles and comprimises. As a carpathian (character in books) would struggle and compromise to stave the beast.. I had the bloody tears added as a carpathian will sweat blood during times of intense stress or emotion or suffering.. The blood is also the essence of life and having her cry it shows she is also vulnerable to life loss.
