Someone told me that carmex actually has something in it that once you start using it your lips will react and you'll need it. I try to change out my lip moisturizers. Like one day I use chapstick then another day I use carmex....

My lips have been chapped this entire winter! What are the best products i can buy?? Right now i have been using the Carmex stuff and that seems to be helping a little bit. But still, they remain chapped. Any suggestions?
