So with things locked down, I'm working out from home.
Still wake up at 5am, I do push-ups, squats, front lunges, reverse lunges, and burpees. 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest and then proceed to the next exercise.

Seniors SHOULD work out to stay physically and mentally healthy to live long! Seniors like me don’t need to go to the gym to work out. Working out at home is more convenient and no monthly fee....
