Hello everyone, how are you all doing?
I know, I haven't been sharing as much...just kind of been in a not being around here much mood. I'll try to start sharing my daily photos again soon. Maybe even later today for that one,...

No, I didn't have a fender bender! lol Instead, I made a doctor's appointment for my blood test.
I have a new insurance, they only pay for blood work once a year. So, I have another six months to go, before these...

I have a doctor's appointment, at 8:00A tomorrow morning. Yes, that's quite early and it's about a twenty minute drive to her office. I like to have the first appointment of the morning.
Tawn is an amazing PA and very good at...

He was pretty pleased actually. Wasn't as impressed over my weight since I gained about 10 pounds.
However he was impressed with my blood sugars. My a1c went down to 6.5. Was at 6.9 three months ago. I thought it'd be a little...

I had my doctor appointment and also had lab work done. Mainly had to get my A1c checked.
It's currently 11.7%.
That's not very good. I knew it would be pretty bad though. I want to get it back under 6%.
What do you think?

I saw the doctor this morning for a 6 month check up.
He checked my A1c. Last October it was 5.6%, today it is 6.6%.
I'm frustrated it went up...but know its my fault for taking so many cheat days (weeks) from my diet.
I want...

The doctors office just called because my doctor wanted to let me know to keep up the good work...and that my A1c was great!
My A1C is currently 5.6! I'm not sure how, but sticking to low carb most of the time....has helped. I...

This morning I had my doctor appointment, for my three month diabetes check up. I actually think it was more like 2 months since they scheduled me for the first of April, but oh well.
The appointment actually went pretty quick...

And they were not where I want them for sure. Not as high as I expected after how I behaved in December, but still hoped I could keep it closer to where it was by how I was doing this month.
My A1c is now up to 6.7%...

Got a new primary care doctor. I went to see him the other day. I had previously been diagnosed with borderline diabetes. Not too happy since my A1C levels were always really good, before my health decline.
Never had a lot of...

There are times when, for whatever reason, I get a weird reading from my blood sugar monitor. I have had it give me single digit numbers as well as "HI" (meaning "high") and other oddities in between. The meter I have now is good...

I was diagnosed about 3 years ago with Type 2 diabetes. My sugar runs high (not really extremely, but higher than they want) all the time. It seems no matter what I do, I cannot get it down. My A1C was 8.9 last month. When I test...
