I am right now working as a customer care executive (back office). I want to shift to voice. I want to improve my voice pleaes suggest me how i can do that. I also want websites which can give me interview tips for voice process.

back in my previous job when I just graduated, I found that it is so hot and uncomfortable to wear the long sleeves shirt to go to work... the worst thing about it is, we wear the long sleeves shirt, only to get to the office...
