I just want to gather information as to what is a good remedy to soothe backpains? Sad to say That I often experience this thing lately and it sucks! I don't think this is healthy so please help... thanks;)

Backpains...How Do You Deal With It?

I have these backpains sometimes and, the trouble is, they're killing me. How about you? How do you deal with them? What do you do to be rid of them? I need your advice I am suffering from one right now.
