It was my fourth batch of mixing muffins when the light went out. My last batch of muffin is baking now. I already made 210 muffins in all. I have to stop as there is no electricity. It is very challenging to run...

I guess it is time to get my butt in gear and accomplish something. I have baking to do. Chocolate banana muffins are on the agenda. Have to keep the household in sweets. Making them with healthier options is good too....
