Does Google Adsense allow you to put ads in your blog from other websites?

So, if you've been following my recent discussions, I've recently applied for Google Adsense. Its still verifying, so I was wondering if I could put ads in my blog from other ad servers (like Adbrite, Adhitz, Bidvertizer, etc)....

I recently signed up in blogger, then placed some banners of sites Im promoting then in less than a week I learned from a discussion here that its against adsense rule to put PTCs or such so I immediately removed the adsense. Now...
