I have always heard conflicting things about how long eggs are good for. I usually buy them from the store and so the carton will have a "good by" date on it...I would believe you have to eat the eggs before now or they will taste...

I've been cooking for quite a while but honestly don't know how to boil eggs, I mean I do boil them but I can never seem to get em right, sometimes I under do it and the insides are still soggy. And more often I overdo it and wait...
