Bob had his bone marrow biopsy today. I took the day off. We left extra early because it was very foggy outside.
We will not get results and follow up until April 13. I guess we are lucky he is not actively dying of something....

Yesterday we saw a hematologist/oncologist. He told us his opinion about Bob's anemia and why he had that opinion. We have a treatment plan to go forward with, if it is confirmed.
He believes Bob is suffering from Myelodysplastic...

My mom got us some bone marrow. Three packs actually. We are going to take it with us when we go to her summer bungalow, where she is staying right now. Not sure how many packs hubby wants to take. Three seems like it will be too...

Well this morning (Tues) at 7 a.m. our time we got the call from the University of Michigan Hospitals. They want to have my wife in Michigan in about 2 weeks for the operation etc. It will be a 5 day to a week long stay for her....
