I think amnesia and dementia or even Alzheimer's have all to do with the brain not getting enough exercise.
There are so many activities that can keep our brain active. For me it is both Wordle and Quordle.
I will never rest...

Yes your brain. I have read some questionnaire for brain exercise. You bet they are tricky question. Don't expect the question to be straightforward. I felt bad when i have to cheat just to see the right answer and get frustrated...

It's always a good idea to exercise the imagination to keep our brains stimulated...Take a look at the picture here...all we see is a ripple in the water. Use your imagination and tell us the story of the ripple in the water..
