Apart from weighing the ingredients in the first place I've been led to believe that a breadmaker will do all the work for me, no kneading, no rolling dough, just pop the ingredients in and a nice cake or a loaf of bread will...

Living in South Africa our currency is the Rand (R10=$1) At the local supermarket I bought 2 bread rolls from the bakery cost R2.40 passing the scales in the veg department I weighed these rolls- .89 g This works out at R268...
