Cooking Okra?

I"m growing some Okra in our garden this summer. We usually buy it frozen & pre-breaded. But I was wondering depending on what your yeild ends up being what would be some ways to use it up?

This is a shot of one of my zuchinnis. They are doing great and getting large. Won't be but a month and a half and I'll be eating fried and or boiled zuchinni. How do you like to eat zuchinni? I slice mine into 1/4 thick slices...

I love breaded mushrooms. I know not to many people like this food. I really like to add mushrooms to a lot of different foods. But the breaded ones are my favorite. Does anyone else like breaded mushrooms?
