It is breading season of house flies. I am facing too much problem with these. It is hard to take some rest in day time. Tell how we can control these.

What is the best way to make bread crumbs stick to foods? What are the best breading recipes? I always have a hard time making mine stick!!!!

I like it personally in only flour with lots of seasonings. I have however done it in many other mediums like bread crumbs, pancake mix or cracker crumbs. I prefer a dry breading as opposed to like a tempura style batter breading....
