At this point in my life, I do not take vaccines lightly, in fact, I do not take them at all. I do not get the flu vaccine, and I never get the flu, as I believe in prevention comes from eating right, keeping a healthy lifestyle...

The new HPV shot supposedly prevents the HPV virus which causes a certain type of cervical cancer. This shot is technically still under testing and has been released in many areas, my own included. I have some real mixed emotions...
