My hands are so dry right now they are chapped. I get these chapped hands every winter. Now I am not going outside much these days because it is so cold out, so I don't understand why they are so chapped. Iput on lots of hand...

I've tried to visit my dermatologist but I still experiencing chapped hands for almost 5 years from now.Please help I need your response with this...any remedy or cure.
