I have many times observed one thing that if I donate Rs100 for a charitable cause, the people look for more than that. Even if I donate Rs 500, they expect some more. So, I feel you can never satisfy people by giving donation....

I bet all her promises of becoming a Christian, of opening a half way house for women, rescuing orphans in Sudan etc are quickly forgotten now shes out of jail. I really think the best punishment for her would be for the world...

Are you more likely to make donations of money, time, or items? I do all three. I donate money to my daughters' private school, I dontate time to their school and to Girl Scouts, and I donate items for charity auctions.
