Boneless pork chops for dinner. They are baking in the oven now.

Forgot to get a photo, so this one is borrowed. My pork chops were crispy, baked in the oven.

Pork chops only take about 20 minutes to bake in the oven. Also cooked baked potatoes and called it dinner.
A light dinner but very filling. Now looking for a good movie to drown out the fireworks around the neighborhood.

Using Shake 'n Bake bread crumbs on pork chops for dinner. I like a lot of crispy breading. They are cooking in the oven now. About 20 minutes and they will be done. Smelling good already.
