Why am I not able to stop myself from smoking ? Will I die bcoz of smoking?

Hiii friends, I'm 29 now and am smoking from last 14 years . I'm like a chain smoker now .Tried everything to quit smoking but failed. Will I die because of smoking ??? Do u have any idea how can I stop smoking ??
