closing edit

Anyone else having problems adding a background or hmtl on your profile?...

I have tried and tried and tried, it just is not working for me.. I know what i am doing i do beleive, edit profile,add sortie, choose hmtl and then hit okay then copy and past in the hmtl sortie.and then hit save changes. but...
