I just had another bout of colitis. Does anyone have an good sound ideas on how to control with out being on too much medication (rx). I am trying to get pregnant but the medications for colitis can be harmfull to baby.

Hello everyone, for 6 years, i have a big problem with my stomach, i cannot drink milk, eat some fruits couse i can get diarrhoea, and i hate this. Anyone had, or has the same problem as me? please some advices!
