How do you cook these? My question is , do you cook them all the same or do you have different recipes for each kind? What is the best way that you have found to prepare greens.Which ones do you think taste the best?

How do ya cook them? and what kind of meat do ya use?No offence ,this white boy can cook his a$$ off.Salt pork,smoked hog jowel,smoked turckey tails,ham hocks,smoked necks....pork, chicken,turkey ,oks tails.what ya got tell...
