Can you live without your pc or laptop?

I found out that it can be darn hard trying to live without my laptop! My laptop was infected by spyware and other troublesome software that I had no idea of that it found it's way into my system. I never download music, movies...

My computer is infected by spyware,malware,etc. and i have already tried to download some kind of PC tools spyware from google,but i still get pop-ups that saying my computer is infected.Please help me out
