Can't get rid of this stuffy nose.

I dreaded the night to come because this is the time my nose gets really stuffy and congested real hard that I can't sleep. I can hardly breathe. Have been to different ENTs but they all give me some medicines and nasal sprays....

I struggle with pollen allergies, like many people do. I really hate to take a lot of meds, but if I don't, then I have real problems when pollen counts are high. It makes me feel high! I can barely function....

It's very grisly by bus in Guangzhou. In the morning when people on duty and in the dusk when people off duty the bus were ugly congested. Whatever man or woman, young or old everybody is tightly lean against together in the bus...
