Sugar level in cornflakes

I was having cornflakes and when I checked the sugar levels, I realised that 33% of it is just sugar (sucrose). Not sure how much total sugar is there in the form of other sugars. No wondpEr kids love it!

If I am out getting ice cream, my favorite is sprinkles or cookie bits. If I am home I like putting corn flakes in my ice cream. It may be a bit weird but it tast really good. Everybody should try it and see.
