I need a respite

I thought I will not switch on the TV and not play Hearts online as I need all the time to create that party video. But I think I need a respite and creating that video is draining me. I have just recorded what I need to say....

Hi, friends. I want to export a flash animation as a video clip. I tried this using Export command in flash 8, but was not fulfill my requirement. The output AVI file not running smoothly and I think some frames were missing....
