why does we find ourselves being helpful to others when times we have seen them in need? I can't really accept myself if i can't help them especially when they are in need and cries for help. what about you?

if the odds were against you and you feel you can no longer hold on, would you cry for help?? i know many people dont want to cry especially cry for help but for me its okay, and if i would be on the situation where i can't take...
