This was the news I got from my doctor. I think she may have been exaggerating about the caffeine-free not being free of caffeine, but I guess what she was talking about was the regulated level of caffeine in somethings allows...

Does decaffeinated coffee help you stay awake?

Decaf coffee is quite popular nowadays. I'm wondering if decaffeinated coffee still helps you keep awake just like regular coffee. I always thought it was the caffeine in the coffee that kept you awake!

Many people love drinking coffee several times a day, do you prefer the normal coffee with caffeine or decaffeinated one? I drink decaffeinated otherwise I not sleep!
