I'm rather new on MyLot. What does it mean reset to default page? Should I say yes or no? And why should I answer yes or why should I answer no

Well, I set www.hotmail.com as my default. As I have to check my email almost everyday. This page is very simple, and therefore it doesn't take a long time loading.
