Should Delete option be there?

I have many a times due to connection submitted my opinion two times (with different texts) and its simply pointless to SPAM like that. I believe, that certain SPAM which were not intentional can be avoided with delete button....

Hi, I have posted a few discussions that I wished I could of deleted right away and changed a bit or moved to a different catagory. I do reread my posting to try and make sure I have no spelling mistakes but as I click start...
