When your grown up daughter insult you in front of everybody how you feel?Yesterday it happen to me and I am very depressed about it.Can my mylotters friends help me?

I was very agonising when my things don't go well.Then from that time on ,I can't do my work well that day .I find very thing against me .So can you give me any suggestion?
