Lately I made the red bean paste as the fillings for buns. I occasionally found some recipes of the buns and I am surprised to see that some dim sum are so lovely. I like these Winnie-the-Pooh buns

I am sure many of you have had Dim Sums before but have you ever think of making any? My favourite is "Siu Mai" and sometimes I would make my own, it's actually quite fun to do it *smiles*.
