Need help with dinner tonight

I am not going shopping for groceries till Saturday, so I am trying to make due with what we have in the house. I have half a package of mini meatballs. I threw those in the oven to bake up, but I am not sure what to do with them...

My husband ruined our pork roast

i know he was just trying to be helpful,but we had to throw the whole roast away. I was going to cook the roast on Monday with saurkraut and potatoes and onions. When I make this I cook the roast until done then add the potatoes...
