How can I make the taking-care-of-dogs not a burden to my mum. I mean the dog hair, food, poo and stuff like that. I am really excited, at the same time skeptical about rising puppies. I need a big time help...

recently my dog four limbs were numb,cannot stand.I brought it to the pet hospital to give the injection,the condition instead aggravate.I'm afraid,did not know how should manage.
