Which is best way to help others.

If you meet any needy person who needs you help. Will you help her/him with money or other sources. I want to help needy persons and i did that many times. But i help with my efforts not money.

It can encourage her ( my cousin) if you take a look. I think you might find it useful for you. It is not a very professional site because she is not an expert. You can see for yourself.......
