So, The Mister has 5 hard boiled eggs every week….he takes them to work with him and has one a day …..
He saves the shells and brings them home for me .
I crush them and use them in the garden.
They are a great source of calcium...

Well, I know this is not true as I have no warts but have peeled egg shells!
