Do you want more free player things such as quests, items, and skills? I really believe that runescape should give more stuff to free-players. I really want more free player minigames, and etc.

What is the fastest 99 skill for f2p? I want to get at least one 99 skill before I go over to members so I can get a skill cape right away. I was guessing maybe firemaking, but are there any others that are faster?
