Decoration for a house!

These two cute vases has been realized last summer for a girl who lives in Milano. She loves sunflowers and so she asked me to make 2 vases with false flowers. This is the result. She totally loved them and me too!!

Candle Holder handmade

This jar has been modifed to create a candle holder. I covered its surface with FIMO to create a little house. Inside I can put a tealight and light it up! :) Unfortunately the cap of the jar is not perforated, and I can't close...

What IS the differentce between sculpey and fimo? Is it price? Seems to me that most of the things you do with fimo, you can do with sculpey even though I haven't found and precious metal clays in the sculpey...

For those of you who create any type of figures out of polymer clay, do you use any type of "skeleton", like wire or aluminum foil? If so, what do you use, and what have your results been? Do you have any tips concerning this...
